Finding Calm and Connection in the Chaos

Life can often feel like a never-ending rollercoaster. Whether you feel stuck in a relationship, disconnected from yourself, or like your career is an exhausting uphill climb, it can feel as though you’re carrying an invisible weight alone.

Therapy is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can begin to explore painful emotions and find the relief, clarity, and deeper connection you’ve been longing for.

My Approach

Clients often describe me as calm, curious, and steady. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you connect more deeply with yourself and live more fully in the present moment.

From “Running on Empty” to Grounded Resilience

You may look like you’re holding it all together—but inside, you’re tired, overstimulated, or disconnected. Perhaps you’re the “strong one” caring for everyone else, leading, and creating, while quietly running on empty. You want more than just survival; you want to feel emotionally steady and connected to who you really are.

I work with adults and groups—specifically helpers, leaders, and creatives—who are ready to slow down and build a more sustainable way of living. Together, we focus on emotional regulation and inner healing to move you toward a life of deeper balance.

My Approach

Clients often describe my presence as grounding, nurturing, and calming. I believe healing happens when the nervous system feels safe and your inner wisdom is honored. My approach is holistic and deeply relational, integrating:

>Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation * Somatically-Informed Care (including the body in the process)

>Practical Tools for real-life change and restoration

Background & Experience

I bring over 20 years of experience in the wellness and healing arts. I am currently a graduate intern completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University. My background includes:

>Certified Sound Therapist & Yoga Nidra Instructor

>Facilitator of women’s healing retreats and community wellness programs

>BA in Sociology from Columbia College

Areas of Focus

>Burnout & Stress: Moving from exhaustion to sustainable energy

>Life & Career: Transitions, Career Pivots, & Wealth Management

>Emotional Health: Anxiety, Grief, Loss, & Self-Esteem

>Identity: Women’s Issues & Mindfulness

A Powerful Act of Self-Care If you’re feeling called to slow down and tend to your well-being in a deeper way, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.

Helping You Navigate Life When It Feels Like “Too Much”

You’re doing your best—but lately, it still feels like it isn’t enough. Whether you are overwhelmed by school, family pressure, or the weight of trying to figure out where you fit, you don’t have to carry it alone. Some days you might feel anxious or down for no clear reason; other days, you’re just tired of pretending you’re okay.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for teens (11+), adults, couples, and families who feel stuck, scattered, or burnt out. Together, we will unpack what’s going on and define what healing looks like for you.

My Approach

Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, curious, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should be collaborative and free of pressure. I utilize evidence-based methods tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy.
